  • “When Eva asks you to fill out your preferences for food I think you should indicate what you don't like. Even I ate kale so scratch the last line about what you don't like. The way Eva prepares, mixes, and matched her food to the main course is a treat to all your taste sensations. I'm still trying to figure out how she got so much food with such a variety out of so little space...I won't spoil the surprise with what was served because the original flavor, variety and presentation is worth the wait. I'm not really sure I can explain the level of her skills but I will tell you its makes all other meals you have had before jealous.”

  • “If you are looking for a private chef, I would highly recommend Eva. We hired Eva for our wedding dinner and from start to finish she was a pleasure to work with and the food was fabulous. First, she was extremely thoughtful and flexible. She asked us what we ate on our first date, family memories of food growing up, dietary preferences, etc., and gave us a draft menu that reflected our conversation, and was happy to accommodate any of our thoughts and ideas. Second, the food was wonderful. Everything was cooked and seasoned perfectly, and I was impressed by her ability to cook a variety of cuisine ranging from Indian, Mediterranean, and New England. Finally, she was the definition of professionalism. She was prompt, and when we needed to change the timing of the dinner, she adjusted on the fly. The kitchen and dishes were spotless after she finished cleaning. The final bill actually ended up being below the quote we agreed on because she said the price of the ingredients was lower than expected.”
