Join us aboard the Calista Ann for a limited series of pop-up dinners! Join the crew and Chef Eva of Spoondrift Kitchen. Each week she will prepare fresh, local ingredients for the a three course meal you won't want to miss! These trips are during our sunset cruise and leave the dock at 6pm and cruise around the harbor seeing beautiful landmarks while enjoying these meticulously prepared dinners. Dinner is BYOB.

To start: Oysters, miso ginger mignonette
Course 1: Spring garden tartine | local bread, ricotta, watermelon radish, snap pea, pea shoot, micro greens, mint spring onion chimichurri
Course 2: Local white fish and herb cake | potato roasted garlic thyme tart, grated summer squash salad, walnut romesco
Course 3: Lemon olive oil cake | whipped marscapone frosting, strawberry rhubarb compote
