Learn how to make the perfect crêpe. We will make savory ham and cheese crepes, as well as sweet crepes with lemon, SKORDO sugar, and a sweet berry coulis we will make in the class. Served with an orange supreme, fennel, arugula salad with candied walnuts and a preserved lemon dressing.
This class can be both gluten and dairy free, upon request.
