We will bring your items to you on December 23rd ready for reheating and serving at your convenience.

Discover the beauty of the Algarve region in Southern Portugal through a curated experience of movement, food, wine, and adventures. We offer this all-inclusive week as a celebration of our senses and our spirits. This awe-inspiring destination has been seducing travelers for centuries with its rugged coastline, sandy beaches, whitewashed fishing villages, architectural elegance and cobbled streets.
Our team is comprised of ieva, Elia, and Chef Eva and we bring our collective passion to guide, serve, and host. We have curated a unique all-encompassing experience that blends our backgrounds in movement, meditation, food and wine. Each day, Elia and ieva will lead you through playful and restorative practices integrating yoga, qigong, and meditation. Inspired by the terroir, we will share delicious homemade meals created by Chef Eva. In addition, ieva will host educational wine tastings drawing upon her expansive sommelier background.
Our home for the week is a boutique country villa and offers everyone a seamless blend of luxury, comfort, and beauty. Its exquisite grounds and fresh interiors offer the perfect space to ground, expand, and unwind. When we aren’t soaking up the beautiful grounds of Quinta Bonita, we will be exploring the surrounding region and savoring local food.
Each day there will be free time to breathe in the sea, sunbathe poolside, and relax in the botanical gardens. Treat yourself to the gift of travel, self-care, and connection. We take care of the logistics, while you take care of yourself.

Spoondrift Family Meal
Spoondrift Kitchen is trying something new this winter! We're calling it Spoondrift Family Meal. The goal is to bring community together for a casual dinner one night per month. The menu will be a surprise, featuring 3 courses that highlight local and seasonal ingredients from Chef Eva's imagination. The dinners are purely donation-based, suggested at $50 per person. Each dinner has a max of 20 guests. Think pop-up test kitchen in your home!
We are looking for interested hosts who are willing to open their doors to this experience. Guests will be friends, family, and Spoondrift community members. We hope this will be a chance for folks to meet new friends around the dinner table. Spoondrift Kitchen will provide plates, silverware, glassware, food, and beverage for the guests. Spear Spring Farm Sunset Dinner
We are so excited to share with you our first collaboration dinner with Spear Spring Farm! It’s their first farm to table dinner of the season. Their Sunset Pop-up Series will be a unique blend of food and flavors from around Maine. All lovingly prepared by yours truly and the staff from Spear Spring Farm who have worked so hard to grow all this beautiful food.

Maker's Galley Cooking Class | Mother's Day Crepe Class
Learn how to make the perfect crêpe. We will make savory ham and cheese crepes, as well as sweet crepes with lemon, SKORDO sugar, and a sweet berry coulis we will make in the class. Served with an orange supreme, fennel, arugula salad with candied walnuts and a preserved lemon dressing.
This class can be both gluten and dairy free, upon request.

Maker's Galley Cooking Class | Dumpling Making
Chef Eva Mrak is back and this time she's showing you how to make your own dumplings!
Create rainbow dumplings with natural plant dyes. Then fill with a spring onion and chicken filling that you will make from start to finish. Finally roll, shape, and cook your fresh dumplings. Enjoy with a homemade citrus tamari sauce. Dairy free, but not gluten free.
